陳年醬油為豆麥釀造醬油,經過長時間的發酵,讓所有原物料成分在發酵槽中緩慢地均勻混合、自然熟成。成份高,口感顏色屬濃郁厚實,適合京醬排骨、東坡肉等需要醬色的佳餚美饌,是傳統中式大菜不可或缺的醬品。
產品原料:水、非基因改造黃豆(高蛋白豆片)、小麥、蔗糖轉化液糖、食鹽、酒精、酵母抽出物
注意事項:蛋白質沉澱係屬自然現象,開瓶後務必冷藏。
