The filling is made of a classic blend of cabbage, vermicelli, carrots, celery, and seasonings to make the most refreshing vegetable dumplings.

The ingredients are so fresh, each bite is perfectly satisfying, plump, and juicy! These delicious dumplings are freshly wrapped and cooked, then instantly frozen so you can enjoy the fresh taste!

Ways to prepare:

Boiled: Put the frozen dumplings in boiling water, stirring gently for around 5-6 minutes until the dumplings starts to float and enjoy.

Pan-fried: Heat a pan with oil over medium heat, then place the frozen dumplings directly onto the pan. Pour about 100ml of water into the pan and cover to let simmer for around 7 minutes. The water should reduce and allow the dumplings to fry over until the bottoms turn golden brown.

Steamed: Boil water in the steamer, then place dumplings in the steamer and steam over medium heat for 7-8 minutes before serving. 

Fried: Heat oil to 160℃-170℃, putting in the dumplings and stir gently, frying for 5-6 minutes until the skin turns golden.
