【奇美素食熟水餃】 450g

奇美水餃現包現煮,美味急速冷凍,煎、煮、蒸、炸,皮Q餡豐、飽滿多汁,每口盡是滿足!選用高麗菜、冬粉、紅蘿蔔、西洋芹等新鮮食材,打造最清爽蔬食水餃,皮薄而內餡紥實,急速冷凍保鮮,蒸、煮、煎、炸皆具風味!

做法:
蒸餃:將蒸籠內水煮沸,再將冷凍熟水餃置於蒸籠內以中火蒸7~8分鐘後,即可食用。
煮水餃:水沸騰以後,分散投入冷凍熟水餃,以杓子輕輕攪動,加熱5-6分鐘至水餃浮起即可撈起食用。
煎餃:平底鍋加熱後,放少許油,將冷凍熟水餃直接置於鍋內,再倒入半碗水(約100克),加蓋燜7分鐘以中火煎至底面金黃。
炸餃:油加熱到溫度160-170℃,將冷凍熟水餃放入,以杓子輕輕攪動,炸5~6分鐘,表皮呈金黃即可食用。
湯餃:水沸以後,加入水餃煮4分鐘,熄火前加入蔬菜及調味料即可食用。
