Traditionally and naturally made in Taiwan, these noodles are broad, chewy, and elastic! Easy to enjoy with any noodle dish, they are ready very quickly!
Following the ancient manufacturing method, the process is purely natural. After mixing, pressing, slicing the noodle by hand, the knife cut noodles are spread on a bamboo sieve and moved outdoors to the sun where they are then carefully turned over many times during the period to fully absorb natural sunlight and dry.
How to eat: Put the noodles in the water after boiling, boil for about three to four minutes and pick them up. They can be mixed with noodles, braised noodles, cold noodles, soup noodles, etc., and can be transformed into a variety of delicious noodle dishes.
