 奇美熟水餃料理方式大全:

1.煮水餃

水沸騰以後,分散投入水餃,以杓子輕攪,加熱3-4分鐘至水餃浮起即可撈起食用

2.煎餃

平底鍋加熱後,放少許油,將冷凍熟水餃直接置於鍋內,再倒入半碗水(約100g),加蓋燜3分鐘以中火煎至底面金黃

3.蒸餃

將蒸籠內水煮沸,再將水餃置於蒸籠內以中火蒸5-6分鐘後,即可食用

4.炸餃

油熱加溫到160℃-170℃,將水餃放入,以杓子輕輕攪動,炸3-4分鐘,表面呈金黃色即可食用

5.湯餃

水沸後,加入水餃煮3分鐘,熄火前加入蔬菜及調味料即可食用。
