Crispy, sweet, & juicy cabbage with tender but filling tofu pieces, with a refreshing, light taste that is not greasy at all. Can keep fresh for a long time in the freezer.

Ways to prepare:

Boiled: Put the frozen gyoza in boiling water, stirring gently for around 3-4 minutes until the gyoza starts to float and enjoy.

Pan-fried: Heat a pan with oil over medium heat, then place the frozen gyoza directly onto the pan. Pour about 100ml of water into the pan and cover to let simmer for around 3 minutes. The water should reduce and allow the gyoza to fry over until the bottoms turn golden brown.

Steamed: Boil water in the steamer, then place gyoza in the steamer and steam over medium heat for 5-6 minutes before serving. 

Fried: Heat oil to 160℃-170℃, putting in the gyoza and stir gently, frying for 3-4 minutes until the surface turns golden brown.
