Experience the classic taste of Taiwanese cuisine with Long Kow Pu Li Rice Noodles, crafted using traditional methods from Pu Li, Taiwan. These noodles are made with a unique water-based process, resulting in a slightly coarser texture that is perfect for noodle soups.

  • Traditional Technique: Made using the traditional "water noodle" method, which involves boiling the dough to achieve a distinct texture.
  • Ideal for Soups: The coarser texture is especially suited for noodle soups, providing a delightful chewiness and flavor.
  • Preservative-Free: Crafted without any preservatives for a natural taste.

Long Kow Pu Li Rice Noodles are perfect for creating a variety of satisfying and authentic Taiwanese dishes. Enjoy their delightful texture and rich flavor in every bite!

Stir-Fried Method:

  1. Rinse approximately 100g of noodles with water (avoid hot water) and place them on a plate.
  2. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of pork lard or vegetable oil in a pan. Add vegetables like cabbage, carrots, shrimp, scallops, and seasonings such as meat sauce, salt, and soy sauce. Stir-fry until hot.
  3. Add the rinsed noodles to the pan, stirring until the moisture evaporates and the noodles are well-coated.
  4. Continue stir-frying to achieve a fragrant, chewy dish.

Boiled Method:

  1. Follow the stir-fried method, but use more water according to your preference.
  2. Once the water boils, add the noodles and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat for a delicious noodle soup.

Dry Tossed Method:

  1. Boil water and cook the noodles for about 2 minutes, then drain and place on a plate.
  2. Add your favorite sauce (such as meat sauce, satay sauce, or other seasonings) and toss well for a tasty dry noodle dish.
