Taiwanese Sweet Tofu Pudding (Douhua)
Try this super quick summer treat, this dessert is not too sweet, but is perfectly chilled delicious and filling, with customizable toppings to your own preferences!
Ingredients
For the Sweet Tofu Pudding:
- 1.5L of soymilk
- 125mL water
- 40g (half a pack) of BlessedCup Tofu Pudding Powder
Toppings Suggestions:
- James Bun Cubed Sweet Potato Tapioca Balls
- James Bun Cubed Taro Tapioca Balls
- FongChen Instant Tapioca Pearls
- Sugar water, syrup, honey

Instructions
- Boil 1.5L of your chosen soybean milk beverage in a pot
- Add half a packet (40g) of the Tofu Pudding Powder to 125mL of water in a bowl, stirring evenly to form a slurry
- Turn off the heat on the soybean milk, letting it cool to about 85°C (about 10 minutes) and quickly add in your slurry.
- Do not stir, and leave it for about 20 minutes or until it forms a delicious Tofu pudding!
- Prepare and add toppings of choice!
