Jung Nung Organic Pure Mung Bean Thread are thin vermicelli glass noodles made from 100% quality, organic mung beans through an exquisite traditional vermicelli threads production technqiue.
With no starch added at all, the taste is different from typical glass noodles. Its a bit more chewy and less soggy in the mouth, but becomes flexible and soft perfect for absorbing flavourful sauces or broths. If you want a bit more of a harder texture, we recommend cooking it for a bit shorter of time!
They are specifically gathered from northeast China of Songnen Plain, one of the only three black soil plains in the world, which makes them exceptionally rare. Every single thread is made outstandingly and perfectly from food materials to production all verified through Tse-Xin Organic Certification Corporation, meeting organic standards in European Union, in the US and in Taiwan.
