The delicious Tea, traditional soy egg can be easily cooked using Flying Horse's classic recipe mix of natural spices for the authentic flavour!
Its got a perfect golden ratio of different flavours, containing spice, aroma, sweetness, richmess, and an amazing fragrance, allowing you to easily cook up a pot of fragrant tea eggs within just a few minutes, just as tender and delicious as those bought in restaurants!
Cooking Instructions: Put 10-20 eggs in a pot, add water (water should cover the eggs) and salt, cook for about 10 minutes, pick up the eggs, and pour out the water. After cracking the eggshell gently, add water, 1 tea egg braised bun, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, a little sugar and salt, and braise with the eggs over low heat for about 1 hour, then turn off the heat and serve. The flavor is better after soaking overnight.
