Serving Suggestions
Eat Directly: Enjoy straight from the jar with white rice, noodles, or as a side dish.
Chilli Chicken Soup:

Recommended: Use one whole chicken with one full jar (extra-large size) of crispy peeled chillies. Adjust quantity to taste.

Optional: Add ingredients like mushrooms, pickled radish, shredded ginger, or clams for enhanced flavor.

Tip: Simmer the water, chicken, and chilli brine first. Add the peeled chillies during the last 5 minutes to maintain their crisp texture.
