Laura Secord Hazelnut Spread Cookies 巧克力榛果曲奇

準備材料:

1個雞蛋,1湯匙发酵粉,1杯麵粉,3/4杯Laura Secord純濃榛果醬(加入蛋黃液中),1/2杯Laura Secord純濃榛果醬用於裝飾表面,1/4杯切碎的榛子仁

步驟:

1.預熱烤箱至350華氏度

2.用分蛋器分離蛋白和蛋黃

3.將蛋黃攪打均勻後加入3/4杯Laura Secord純濃榛果醬攪拌均勻

4.將蛋白打至硬性發泡,加入蛋黃榛果醬,混合均勻

5.加入麵粉和發酵粉揉捏成麵團,放置冰箱冷藏10分鐘

6.烤盤中鋪上烤紙,將麵團從冰箱中取出,分為20份,搓成圓球狀放入烤盤內

7.用手指在球型麵團的最上端輕輕按壓出小坑,並填入榛果醬

8.放入烤箱烤约 8 分钟,取出并冷却

9.在每个饼干球的顶部塗抹一層榛果醬,最上層點綴一些碎的榛子,您就可以享用美味啦~

Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 cup of white flour
  • ¾ cup of Laura Secord milk chocolate flavoured spread*
  • ½ cup additional of Laura Secord milk chocolate flavoured spread for the topping
  • ¼ of chopped hazelnuts

Steps:

1.Preheat oven at 350F.

2.Split egg yolk and egg white.

3.Beat egg yolk and the spread. Reserve.

4.Beat the egg whites until stiff and add it to the previous mixture.

5.Add flour and baking powder. Mix well (you can finish by gently kneading).

6.Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

7.Form balls (about 20 balls) and place them on a baking sheet previously lined with parchment paper.

8.With your finger or a rounded shape, create a small pit on top and fill it with spread.

9.Place in the oven for approximately 8 minutes, remove and allow to cool.

10.Add more spread on the top of each cookie. Add chopped hazelnuts. Enjoy!
