Creamy Cajun Chicken Alfredo Pasta
Made using Mike's delicious Alfredo sauce, this recipe comes together quickly with just a few minutes of preparation for a protein-packed, deliciously seared cajun chicken breats on creamy Alfredo pasta!
Ingredients
Makes 2 Servings
- 1 cup~ of Mike's Alfredo Sauce
- 1/2 box, around 4oz of CamPania Pasta (Linguini or Fettucine is recommended)
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
- Parmesano Reggiano (optional, grated)
For the Cajun Chicken:
- 1 or 2 Chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- Salt and black pepper
- Paprika, garlic powder, onion powder
- Thyme, cayenne pepper, oregano

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta:
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine or pasta according to the package instructions, drain and set aside. - Cook the Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, with seasonings focusing on paprika, onion and garlic powder, black pepper, with a bit less of the rest of your seasonings until covered both sides. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken and press down flat for an even sear until each side becomes nicely browned and the inside is tender but cooked through. Remove from the pan, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips. - Heat the Alfredo Sauce:
In the same pan, reduce the heat to low and pour in the premade Alfredo sauce. Add the butter (optional) for extra richness and stir until the sauce is heated through. You can also add a splash of pasta water if you want to thin out the sauce slightly. - Combine Pasta and Chicken:
Toss the cooked pasta into the heated Alfredo sauce, ensuring all the noodles are well-coated. Add the sliced chicken on top and mix gently. - Serve and Garnish:
Serve the Alfredo chicken pasta with a sprinkle of fresh parsley. If you'd like, add some parmesan cheese or extra seasonings for a boost in flavour!
Tip: You can add extra ingredients like sautéed mushrooms, spinach, or broccoli for more variety!
