Ingredients: Flour, Butter, Egg, BBQ Pork

Baking instructions:

1. Thawing NOT required. Take pastry directly out from freezer
2. Preheat oven to 400F (toaster oven 350F-375F)
3. Brush the top of pastry with egg wash
4. Bake for 10 minutes
5. Brush the pastry with 2nd layer of egg wash and bake for another 10 minutes
6. Apply the 3rd layer of egg wash over the pastries and bake for 2 minutes
7. Brush honey over the pastry as a final touch


材料: 麵粉、黃油、蛋、叉燒

叉燒酥有兩種做法:

建議做法:
1. 叉燒酥從冰櫃取出後, 準備蛋液.
2. 首次塗上蛋液, 烤箱350度烤10分鐘,
3. 然後取出塗第二次蛋液,用400度再烤10分鐘,
4. 最後塗第三次蛋液, 再烤2分鐘後取出塗上蜂蜜.

懶人方法:
1. 烤箱預熱375度, 塗上蛋液, 烤18分鐘, 後取出塗上蜂蜜.
** 比起建議做法, 懶人方法做的叉燒酥表面不會是金黃色, 但味道都一樣的好
