◆烹調方式: Cooking method:

炒食法:

  1. 約100g(二人份)之炊粉用水洗過後置於盤子上(請勿用熱水)。
  2. 豬油或沙拉油2~3匙,高麗菜、紅蘿蔔、蝦仁、干貝等及季節性的蔬菜、肉醬、鹽、醬油等調味料,炒熱後加入一碗水煮開。
  3. 將已洗過之100g炊粉放入鍋中,攪拌至水分乾燥後開爐火。
  4. 依上列順序炒製即可得到既香又Q之炒炊粉。

 

FORFRY

  1. Wash the 100 g rice noodles (for two persons) first and then put it on the dish (do not use the hot water).
  2. Add 2-3 spoons salad oil. Lettuce, carrot, small dried shrimps, scallop, vegetable in season. Potted meat paste, salt, soy sauce and monosodium.(Fry them together under fire and then add one bowl of water till boiling)
  3. Put the 100 g washed rice noodle into pot and stir it with the chopsticks until the water is dry. Then turn off the stove fire.
  4. According to the above procedures to dry. Then turn off the delicious fried rice noodles.

 

煮食法:

  1. 依照炒炊粉之方法及順序,將水加多一些(依個人嗜好而定)。
  2. 湯沸騰後放入炊粉,約2~3分鐘關爐火,即為好吃之炊粉湯。

 

FORSOUP

  1. According to the procedures and the priority of frying the rice noodles. Add more water (depend on the individual need)
  2. After boiling. Put the rice noodles into the pot for about 3-10 minutes. Then turn off the stove fire. This is the delicious rice noodle with the soup.

 

乾拌法:

1.先將水燒開後,再將炊粉放入鍋內煮,約2分鐘即可撈起放到盤內。

2.再淋上你喜歡的醬汁(如肉醬、沙茶醬或其他調味料)。拌勻後即是好吃的乾拌炊粉。
