Recipe Tofu Soup With Larval Anchovy And Vegetables 鈣多多魩仔魚波菜豆腐羹

1.鑫龍魩仔魚1大匙解凍備用,豆腐切塊、青蔥切蔥花(蔥白蔥綠分開)、薑片切末、菠菜切段備用;

2.熱鍋放油,放入蔥白和生薑末爆香,加入清水800cc煮滾,下米酒1大匙、穀盛純米霖1大匙、菇王香菇素蠔油(或萬家香香菇素蠔油)1大匙,攪拌均勻;

3.同鍋放入豆腐、魩仔魚、波菜煮滾,下鹽1/2小匙、糖1/2小匙,攪拌均勻(小心攪拌,避免把豆腐攪碎)

4.太白粉2大匙+2大匙混合為芶芡水,並慢慢加入鍋中攪拌均勻(慢慢加入不會結塊)
