Recipe Shrimp And Mushroom With Cut Noodles 鮮蝦蘑菇焗刀削麵

材料:

新譯統刀削麵( 或 新譯統五穀刀削麵)1片,去殼鮮蝦3個,洋蔥切丁1/4個,洋菇切片5g,蘆筍切段3支,白醬適量,乳酪絲150g,水適量,油少許,黑胡椒適量,巴西里適量

料理步驟:

1.將刀削麵(免解凍)放進滾水中,煮至麵體散開撈起備用,再將鮮蝦和蘆筍煮熟備用

2.熟油熱鍋,放入洋蔥丁爆香至微透明狀,依序放入洋菇、水、白醬、麵條,一同拌炒至麵條上色盛盤

3.奶油蘑菇刀削麵上灑上乳酪絲,放進微波爐130秒(或烤箱355F)烤到表面金黃即可,取出後將鮮蝦、蘆筍、黑胡椒粉與巴西里擺盤即完成。
