Recipe Nut Brownies 堅果布朗尼

配料:
半杯黃油
60g Laura70%黑巧克力
2個鷄蛋
200ml 糖
100ml 普通麵粉
50ml 健康時代 杏仁粉
1 茶匙香草精
¼ 茶匙肉桂
1/2杯碎堅果(本圖片用的為榛子和山核桃)

烤製方法:

1. 將烤箱預熱到325°F

2. 將巧克力和黃油隔水融化

3. 鷄蛋加糖並打發,後加入融化的巧克力和黃油並攪拌均匀

4. 加入過篩后的麵粉和杏仁粉

5. 添加其餘材料並攪拌均勻

6. 倒入8* 8的烘焙容器並放入預熱好的烤箱

7. 烘烤12至18分鐘,之後可以插入一根牙籤到蛋糕中並抽出,若牙籤是乾燥的,説明内部已完全乾透,則代表布朗尼蛋糕完全烘焙好了

8. 將其冷卻後,便可取出食用。

1. Preheat oven to 325°F
2. Melt the chocolate and the butter together in a bain-marie
3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until mixture whitens
4. Add the melted chocolate and butter to the mix
5. Incorporate the sifted white flour and almond flour
6. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
7. Pour into an 8’’ x 8’’ greased pan and plate it in the oven
8. Bake between 12 to 18 minutes or until toothpick comes out completely dry after inserting it into the brownies
9. Let cool before removing from the pan.
