Recipe Nut Brownies 堅果布朗尼

配料:
半杯黃油
60g Laura70%黑巧克力
2個鷄蛋
200ml 糖
100ml 普通麵粉
50ml 健康時代 杏仁粉
1 茶匙香草精
¼茶匙肉桂
1/2杯碎堅果(本圖片用的為榛子和山核桃)

烤製方法:

  1. 將烤箱預熱到325°F
  2. 將巧克力和黃油隔水融化
  3. 鷄蛋加糖並打發,后加入融化的巧克力和黃油並攪拌均匀
  4. 加入過篩后的麵粉和杏仁粉
  5. 添加其餘材料並攪拌均勻
  6. 倒入8* 8的烘焙容器並放入預熱好的烤箱
  7. 烘烤12至18分鐘,之後可以插入一根牙籤到蛋糕中並抽出,若牙籤是乾燥的,説明内部已完全乾透,則代表布朗尼蛋糕完全烘焙好了
  8. 將其冷卻後,便可取出食用。

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 325°F
  • Melt the chocolate and the butter together in a bain-marie
  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until mixture whitens
  • Add the melted chocolate and butter to the mix
  • Incorporate the sifted white flour and almond flour
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
  • Pour into an 8’’ x 8’’ greased pan and plate it in the oven
  • Bake between 12 to 18 minutes or until toothpick comes out completely dry after inserting it into the brownies
  • Let cool before removing from the pan.
