Recipe Katsudon Pork Cutlets And Egg Rice Bowl 滑蛋豬排丼

 

滑蛋豬排丼

材料:白飯2碗,豬里脊排2片,洋蔥絲150g,紅甜椒絲30g,花椰菜60g,雞蛋2顆,水500CC,康寶金黃玉米濃湯1包

做法:

1.將豬排筋切斷,用叉子在肉上均勻的插數十下,將肉的纖維組織插鬆。撒上少許鹽及白胡椒醃漬2分鐘備用;

2.熱鍋下1大匙油,放入豬排以中小火兩面煎至金黃後,取出切成寬片;

3.原鍋放入洋蔥絲炒軟,加入水及金黃玉米濃湯拌勻煮滾;

4.放入豬排、花椰菜及紅甜椒絲略煮,最後倒上蛋液,轉小火煮至蛋液略凝固,淋至飯上即可。
