Recipe Fried White Radish With Toona Chili Sauce 香椿辣炒萝卜糕

 

材料:

白蘿蔔糕3片、雞蛋1顆、豆芽菜1把、豆芽苗適量

調味料:

菇王純天然香椿辣椒醬2大匙、菇王香菇素蠔油1匙

作法:

  1. 蘿蔔糕切成小長條狀後下鍋煎到表面微焦香
  2. 將雞蛋打散後與蘿蔔糕一起拌炒同時加入菇王香菇素蠔油拌勻
