【佃煮魚肚】

食材:府城館去刺虱目魚肚 / 便利小館帶皮金目鱸魚片 200g,薑絲10g,蔥段10g、紅辣椒條10g

調味:穀盛醇米霖60ml、菇王有機黑豆醬油露100ml、水150ml

作法: 1.魚肚洗淨擦乾,熱油鍋,放入魚肚片轉中小火煎至外皮微酥

  1. 放入薑絲、蔥段與全部調味料,關上火蓋上鍋蓋,悶煮至熟透入味
  2.    收乾醬汁即可食用
