Recipe Chrysanthemum Tea with Goji and Longan 菊花杞子龍眼茶

做法:

1.5g菊花,10g杞子和15g建興龍眼肉(正台灣桂圓)放入滾水中過一遍,撈出並瀝乾水分。

2.用滾水把暖壺沖洗,令內壺燙熱。把菊花,杞子,龍眼和375毫升滾水,倒進壺中。蓋好,靜置40分鐘。過篩隔去渣,即可飲用。
