Recipe Braised Firm Tofu With Mushroom Toona Sauce 香椿燒豆腐

材料:板豆腐 350g、洋蔥絲 30g、青椒絲 15g、紅甜椒絲 15g、水150cc
調味料:菇王純天然香菇香椿醬  2又1/2大匙
做法:
1. 板豆腐切厚片,放入鍋中煎至兩面金黃上色盛起。
2. 續於鍋中,放入洋蔥絲炒軟後,再加入青椒絲、紅甜椒絲略炒。
3. 最後再放入作法1的金黃豆腐,加入水和菇王純天然香菇香椿醬,燒至豆腐入味即可。
