Recipe Braised Bitter Gourd with Fermented Black Bean Sauce 豆豉燜苦瓜

 

準備材料:苦瓜一條、薑一小塊切絲備用、辣椒2根切成圈、八角2個、菇王純天然濕黑豆豉穀盛純米霖菇王有機黑豆醬油露(或萬家香陳年醬油

1.苦瓜切塊,下油鍋煎至兩面金黃,

2.炒香姜絲、辣椒圈、加入2勺菇王純天然濕黑豆豉炒香,放入2勺醬油、2勺穀盛純米霖、倒入一些水,放入八角

3.苦瓜下鍋,與醬汁一起煮滾後蓋上鍋蓋轉小火燉煮15分鐘,

4.開鍋、盛盤。豆豉燜苦瓜完成!
