Recipe Beef Tendon With Mushroom Oyster Sauce 蠔油蹄筋

料理步驟:

1. 300g蹄筋以開水川燙,豌豆夾100g去鬚,蔥切成段,少許薑切片,紅蘿蔔10片切花備用;

2.鍋中加入2大匙沙拉油,將蔥、薑爆香後,放入蹄筋、豌豆夾及紅蘿蔔快炒;
