配料:
康寶玉米濃湯
立基起酥片
鷄蛋
做法:
1) 在鍋中加入4碗約700cc熱水,將湯料包倒入鍋中攪拌均匀
2) 煮開後打個蛋花,再滾一分鐘即可
3)
用餐前半小時把烤箱預熱到430℉
4)
把湯盛在專用湯盅裡,七、八分滿即可
5) 用毛刷沾生蛋黃液刷在湯盅邊緣,把起酥片蓋上去黏好
6) 在起酥片表面也刷上一層生蛋黃液
7)
放入烤箱,烤
15-20
分鐘即可
