Recipe Nanyang Curry Fried Noodles 南洋咖喱炒麵

食材:龍口台灣油麵240g,紅蘿蔔80g,菇早妹冬菇6朵,榖盛素食咖哩80g,椰漿50ml,水300ml,油少許

做法:

1. 紅蘿蔔去皮切絲、冬菇泡發後切絲備用

2. 熱油鍋,拌炒冬菇、紅蘿蔔,再放入水、咖哩塊攪拌至咖哩均勻溶解
