Their egg rolls had already a firm position in Taiwan as a staple snack that dominated the market for over 45 years, and were ready to expand overseas. Crunchy rolls of nostalgic egg-rich flavour perfected toasted up and sweetened just the right amount that spoke to the tastes of childhood landed Serena massive success in the Western market, selling over 100,000 cases to the US alone in 2022!
