Made by Taiwan's one and only professional pasta producer (Lien Hwa Industrial) with carefully curated top grade Canadian durum wheat, one can rest assured of its quality. Using an unique extrusion method, the pasta obtains its signature chewy texture and taste allowing one to cook up a perfect al dente every time.
